Nightjungle Chef knife
A light general purpose chef knife with a dark Jungle theme. The blade is forged from salvaged high carbon tool steels (antique files, millsaw blade, bandsaw blades), pattern welded in a random pattern with nickel highlights. The slim sized handle is a composite of dyed and stabilised Karelian Birch, and Australian River Oak. The blade is 21.5 cm long, 5cm tall at the heel, the spine is 3mm thick tapering to 2mm. It has full flat grind. The knife is 34cm long overall.
